the symmetry of the hallway,
the perspective of his eye,
the gleam through the window;
all gave geometry to form.
and they all sat,
on orthogonal benches, while
he tried to locate
a part - out of form.
at the corner, below and beside,
a fan and a pillar,
a chair faced west; giving
beauty to monotony.
